How Indian Cultural Center collects, uses, and protects your information.

Who we are
Indian Cultural Center (legal name India Temple Association Cultural Center Inc), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community organization at 820 Route 73 South, Marlton, NJ 08053. This policy covers iccofsj.org and the communications we send to our members and volunteers.
What we collect
Information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, and postal address when you become a member, register for a program or event, order meals, book a facility, volunteer, or donate. Payment card details are handled by our payment processors (Clover, PayPal) and never stored on our systems.
How we use it
To run ICC's programs: confirming registrations and payments, delivering receipts and tickets, coordinating volunteer shifts and meal deliveries, and sending community announcements you can unsubscribe from at any time. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.
Text messages (SMS)
Volunteers who provide a mobile number during ICC Seva Corps registration at iccofsj.org/volunteer may receive text messages about their volunteer shift assignments, and can confirm or decline by reply. Providing a phone number is optional. Message frequency is low — typically a few messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your membership or volunteer standing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
Transactional emails (receipts, confirmations, one-time login codes) are sent as part of the services you use. Community announcements include an unsubscribe link, honored immediately.
How we protect it
Member data lives in access-controlled systems available only to authorized ICC coordinators for their duties. Sensitive documents (for example, images of checks) are stored privately and are never publicly accessible.
Your choices
You can review or update your contact information from your member account, unsubscribe from announcements, opt out of texts by replying STOP, or contact us to ask about the information we hold. Write to info@iccofsj.org or call 855-ICCOFSJ.
